NAHREP Announces New 2016 Diamond Partners

New American Funding, Alterra Home Loans pledge support to advance sustainable Latino homeownership   

San Diego, CA  The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) announced two new additions to the organization’s growing list of diamond level partners, New American Funding and Alterra Home Loans, both of which are Latino-owned businesses. Diamond partners support the organization at the highest level of funding and represent a cross-section of leading companies in the housing industry.

“While their financial contributions are important, partners like Alterra and New American Funding are invaluable to our organization because the services they provide to Hispanic homebuyers make the dream of homeownership possible for thousands of families each year” said Gary Acosta, NAHREP co-founder and CEO “It is exciting to see how both companies have grown exponentially by focusing on the fastest growing segment of new homebuyers in America.”

Diamond partners actively participate with NAHREP in its conventions, programs and chapter network. They also engage in working groups and advisory boards such as NAHREP’s Corporate Board of Governors (CBOG) where executive level professionals share in-depth perspectives on housing policy, Hispanic market intelligence and business development opportunities. Companies like Alterra Home Loans and New American Funding (NAF) have taken note of the growing Hispanic market segment expressed in the industry benchmark publication, the State of Hispanic Homeownership Report. This year’s report will be released on March 15, 2016 at the organization’s Housing Policy and Hispanic Lending Conference in Washington DC and is expected to show that Hispanic homebuyers dominated new homebuyer activity in 2015.
